    Walk for awareness on Importance of Local Government System in Pakistan



World at large and Pakistan specially is the great victim of terrorism and intolerance has taken roots in our society. Religious differences, tribal conflicts, exploitations of vulnerable segments of society especially religious minorities or minority sects of religion are great hurdles in peaceful society. Culture of intolerance is increasing day by day and corruption, price hiking, inefficient political ruling class and institutions have increased it. Bad governance is not capable to deal it. Aim of the program is to develop and promote research-based understanding of social conflicts and intolerant attitudes, and then implement a wide-range of initiatives to achieve the objectives of social harmony, tolerance, pluralism and peace. VISWA committed with the Focus objectives


VISWA Approach to PCR

Peace Education:  To educate and aware through Seminars, youth Dialogues, trainings on Peace, and make Peaceful and conflict FREE Society. 

Religious and Sectarian conflicts:  Through Seminars, Awareness, and Workshops about Religious Harmony, Human Rights, Freedom of expression to make Religious and Sectarian conflicts FREE society.

Inter-provincial Conflicts:To launch awareness Rallies and campaigns for inter provincial society about to STOP linguistic and Land ownership conflicts. 

Improve Understanding Across cultures, sects and religions: to arrange cultural Theaters, Awareness Seminars and Workshops for awareness and respect of religion, culture of every human on the Earth.



VISWA work in partnerships with a broad coalition of Civil Society and development agencies such as, Strengthening Participatory Organization SPO, Civil Society Support Program and South Asia Partnership Pakistan SAP-PK, Following Results has been achieved:

  • Organized04 Rallieson “Peaceful Society” in all Three Talukas of District Matiari. (total participation: 349)
  • Arranged 03 Dialogue Programs on “Religious Tolerance” in all three Talukas of District Matiari. (Total participation: 105)
  • 02 Training Workshops on PEACE and Conflict Resolution of Active participation of communities. (direct beneficiaries: 42, indirect beneficiaries: 6760)
  • 01Seminars held on “Religious Harmony in the Society” in Matiari (Total participation: 95)
