In this context,VISWA committed on training to community for their rights and approaches, training to active political and social masses to for protection of Human and women rights, training to youth for on Youth rights and develop different professional skills, and other groups of the society like: teachers, health workers, parents of students, community based organizations and local non-governmental organizations to develop the professional skills and .
